Great news that Paul Tansey, Paul Currie, Chris King and Johnny Bain have all decided to sign on for the Burgh. Hopefully we can tie down the goalkeeper and two centre halfs and I feel we will be in great shape for next season.

Sorry, my comment wasn't meant as critisism and didn't come over the way I meant it. The website is excellent and the amount of hits you are getting is impressive. But compared to the Nitten Unofficial and the Arniston website, the message board isn't as well used as it should be. You must admit the banter on these two message boards is funny and both are very well used. Please keep up the good work on the site, but Musselburgh fans need to get some banter going.

Great result in the Scottish lads - well done. Hopefully you can get a bit of consistancy going with that flowing football you like to play which the other teams can't live with when your on form. A great result. What would the scoreline be if we could keep a whole team on the park. C'mon 'burgh its possible to play hard but fair. Keep the mouth zipped up, officials rarely change their decisions. You lads who have compiled this website deserve all the praise keep it up.

Well done to everyone at Olive Bank in the Scottish today. I might have been working for the Other McGlynn today over in Fife, but the first result I always want to know is the 'Burgh. I renewed acquaintancies with two former 'Burgh players at Raith today, John Hislop and Mike Dingwall, where they were watching their sons. Good luck for the rest of the season and keep winning. You can take the boy oot o' Musselburgh, but you cannae take Musselburgh Athletic oot o' the boy!!!!
